Jungle Mule

Ingredients:

-      1.5 oz. Lass & Lions craft vodka

-      1.5 oz. pineapple juice

-     ¼ oz blue curacao

-      ½ oz simple syrup

-     dash sweet/sour

-     ginger beer

Craft: 

Use a highball or Collins glass, Combine all ingredients except ginger beer.  Shake and strain into glass over ice.  Fill with ginger beer then toss one time.  Garnish with orange slice.
