The Commodore
For all you Vanderbilt fans!
Ingredients:
2 oz. Lass & Lions Rush Vodka
1/2 oz Grind Rum
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 egg white
2 dash aromatic bitters
1 bar spoon luxardo cherry juice
Craft:
Add cherry juice into bottom of martini glass. Put egg white in shaker and dry shake until frothy. Add all other ingredients in shaker, fill with ice, and shake. Fine strain into martini glass on top of cherry juice.
